I was very impressed with Queenie, the hostess assigned to my suite. She was so attentive to a point i felt bad for her as she had made herself available 24/7. Her professionalism with her extreme politeness and approachable style make me wonder why other 5 star hotels don't steal her. I was also very satisfied with the property as it's quite central. My mission was to try most of the Michelin Guide recommended restaurants in HCMC. Sirius Saigan is just $2 to $3 away on a Grab car to any of the locations. My studio was nicely appointed with sandals, washer, hair dryer and all the dishes for the kitchen. Altough there is no point cooking as dinning out is so cheap in HCMC, its nice to have. I was pleasantly surprised that the big screen TV comes with Netflix. What a treat! Not sure if this is standard but i find the water super soft from the shower. As a result, i have had my best hair days of all in HCMC. Must also comment on the high quality shampoo and body wash provided. Another unexpected treat. The pool on the 7th floor is fabulous. I only wish there were more than just 9 sun loungers as most guests are resorted to laying on the ground. The view is amazing from the large pool deck. The 7-Eleven and S25 mini mart in the lobby are absolutely brilliant! All the staff are superb at this property including those in the stores. I would give Sirius Saigon 5.5 out of 5 stars. I would give my hostess, Queenie, 7 out of 5 stars. Park Hyatt should steal her already!

I had a great time at this stay. The booker who assisted with my stay had walked me through the check in process very thoroughly and I liked that they have all amenities needed like a washer, a small kitchenette and a city view. However, they don’t provide the VIP perk like listed in the Expedia page.

Saigon Sirius is a wonderful stay. Our host was Queenie and she was very nice and helpful throughout the whole stay. We had frequent communication and was provided everything we needed. The pool was very good and clean. Had no issues with this property, it was very good. I also missed my flight after checking out from the hotel. Queenie allowed me to check back in the hotel for free to rest while I waited for my next flight on the same day. Great host 👍

The apartment was located in a nice residential building. The host was very friendly and helpful and ensured smooth check in and out. Expect to take taxi to move around and the area is not really walkable. However, the city center and night life is just in 10 min reach. The only thing that needs improvement is the overall cleaning of the aparment. For western standards, the apartment was little dirty and need better maintenance. However, we had a very nice stay.
