Hit the greens or simply enjoy the serenity of being next to the Shipyard Golf Course while you stay in this townhouse, which has a screened porch and updated kitchen and bathrooms. Spring of 2024 all bedrooms received new mattresses.

This two-story townhome sits along the links and is only a half mile away from the beach and the Shipyard Beach Club. A large shopping center with stores and restaurants is right outside the Shipyard development, 1.5 miles away.

From the moment you step foot in this home, you'll appreciate the upgrades that have been put in. There are tile floors in the main living areas, granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, a large kitchen island with breakfast bar, stainless-steel appliances, a new carpeting in the bedrooms. The three bedrooms - two of which are considered masters and have king beds - all have en suite bathrooms, flatscreen TVs, and access to the outdoors through sliding glass doors that lead to decks. Free WiFi is provided.

Great condo in Hilton Head close to the beach. Condo was clean with plenty of room for a family of 7. Only issue was the master bedroom on the first floor had no air conditioning adjustment and stayed a little warm. Also, the fan on the screened porch had no speed adjustment. It was stuck on high speed and wobbled too much at that speed. Other than this, everything was perfect. I would recommend staying at this location.

Rented this for my groomsmen and their SO on my wedding weekend. Check in was easy, the place was clean, and had plenty of space. Only downside is the early check out, but it's understandable for switching over guest stays. Thanks!

Great size and location. Short bike ride to the beach. Condo was clean and kitchen is well equipped. Carpets could use cleaning and the world's smallest tv in kids room lol but definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Outstanding Location; Very Roomy; Well Stocked
First, this property is in an excellent location... slightly northeast of Coligny Square area, in a gated community, with tons of biking paths. This property is larger than it looks in the pictures. The screened-in-porch and deck overlooking the golf course made for a great place to enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings and listen to the frogs. Kitchen is well stocked... nothing missing at all that we needed... other than a beach umbrella... which it now has because we left the one we bought there (no need for it in Indiana!). Appreciated the ample supply of towels. The big bonus for the kids was the abundance of alligator sightings in the ponds nearby! We would search out this house again for a return trip (haven't felt that way about any other house we've stayed at in Hilton Head over the years).

The place was fine and what it looked like online. I was not impressed with Vacasa at all. Our pool was closed and I could not get in touch with anyone as to when or if it might reopen. I called to talk to a manager and was literally on hold for an hour, and I still never spoke to someone. Also, when I checked in, the person handing out check-in packs was not wearing a mask or social distancing, and when I mentioned that, she looked surprised and ran back to put on a mask...apparently she’d just forgotten to do that. While I appreciated the property, the property management left a lot to be desired.

r stay was very pleasant at this location. The property and location were perfect for our family of five. The townhouse was very nice and well maintained. The only issue we had was getting the tv's to work. There were a lot of remote controls and no instructions. Other than that, we had no complaints and I would recommend it to anyone.

The location of the townhouse was absolutely perfect.
The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was comfortable and cozy but also spacious enough that we were tripping over each other. The only downside was the beds were not very comfortable. Other than that we absolutely loved our stay and will definitely come back.
