Overall great stay. Second time at this resort. Issue with key code to lock box, was changed and we were not notified. Lock box was difficult again on check out. Frustrating for us and properly owner.

Nice getaway that could've been better
The exterior of this place is dated, but the condo itself is updated. It's also in perfect proximity to the beach with a short, scenic walk on the boardwalk. We would've been perfectly content with our stay had the property manager returned our call about the missing remote for the ceiling fan/light. The fan was on high and we couldn't control the speed or light. She did come to take a look at it a day into our stay, but never returned or returned our call after leaving her a message. That is very unprofessional. There is a list of tasks required before checking out, but there's no accountability on the property manager's part. Unfortunately, this will probably cause us not to stay here again. It's a shame because it was perfect for what we were looking for.

Perfect for us!
If you want beach time, this is a great spot on Hilton Head Island. The exterior of the building is dated, as are the stairwells and hallways. However our condo had nice updates, temperature control was awesome in late July, fully stocked kitchen, convenient laundry, was very clean, and moderately priced. There is a complementary golf cart shuttle that goes across the boardwalk if you like. Water temperature in the Ocean was like bathwater! Overall, great stay for my wife and I and our 3 very active boys!

Nice Condo, management company not great
Condo was updated and nice. Appreciated the beach chairs and lots of hooks. The lights in the dining room and bedroom did not work. Emailed the management company twice, took them several days to get back to us and they told us where the switches were. Yes we are aware, however they don't work, never heard back. Also would have been nice to be told no toilet paper was provided other than the roll on the holder. We had 6 people for a week so obviously need more than that. Don't mind buying it but not cool finding out after we ran out.. Location was great, short walk to the beach

Such a great experience! This condo is beautiful on the inside and the amenities in the area were great. A scenic walk on the boardwalk to the beach was fun every time. We even got to see an alligator! :) During the day the beach had a tide pool which was awesome. The condo was clean, and very kid friendly. We have a rambunctious 2 year old, but it was very functional for him. 10/10 recommend and we will be back!

Peaceful Winter Escape
What a great week at Hilton Head Island! The unit was clean, cozy, and just as advertised. Some of the amenities of the property (Island Grill, Coco's, outdoor pools) being shut down for the season are well worth the tradeoff for the peaceful tranquility of HHI in December. There were days on the beach where nobody was within a half mile of our family. We guessed that the indoor pool would be packed, not so! Our little ones were able to swim comfortably in the heated pool. Rather summer or winter, this unit would be a comfortable, well stocked base of operations. Close to grocery, parks, restaurants and more. What a vacation!

We enjoyed our stay here for the first time visiting the island. It was just as advertised and as said in the prior comments. It is updated, but the building is a little old and out dated. I am used to visiting Florida beaches, and missed not having a view of the water. It was close to restaurants and the grocery store. The use of the cart, beach chairs, and toys was a nice amenity.

Our family enjoyed our short stay at the Hilton Head Resort this past weekend. We thought the property was very conveniently located! The property itself is a little dated, but clean. The condo had been completely remodeled. The furnishings, decorations and appliances were all very beautiful and in great condition. That’s what drew me to the condo was how beautiful it was decorated. The condo was clean, but there were some places within that could use a little TLC, like baseboards & the closet door where the vacuum was located. Just dust buildup up. Nothing that would keep me from not returning. We thought the boardwalk leading to the beach was beautiful and a easy walk. We were very thankful the condo had beach chairs, umbrella and a wagon to pull down to the beach! We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future!

First HHI Family Vacation
The condo was a boardwalk away from the beach, centrally located to the pool, food, and resort amenities - which was great for our family of 5. It came with all the beach items we need including a wagon we could easily take with us. The condo was clean and well equipped with anything we need for cooking. I'd definitely recommend for families. It was the perfect place for our first family trip to HHI.

Beautiful property - Great Location
We loved our stay here! Building one is perfect, has an outdoor pool, shop and food plus so close to the boardwalk. Our unit was beautiful, clean and had all the amenities. Beach supplies and the screened in balcony was an added bonus. We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone.
