I will never be coming here again. This was first and final time coming to Hilton Head. The first red flag coming to the place was that there was a maintenance issue and we had to wait for our room. That was fine I didn’t mind waiting. But when they called and told us that the room was ready,we go to our room through this complicated place and we can’t get in with the code they provided us. We called and said the code wasn’t working and to try a different one, we tried it and nothing. Then they said someone was going to help us, it took them 30 minutes to come to our building when it was not even a 5 minute walk away from the check in. There are no fans or anything in the hallways to get to your room so it was so hott and sweaty I couldn’t take it. Once we get to our room, the furniture is so hard and old, as if it was old and rusty and they just painted over it. I do like that the set up is like a mini one bedroom apartment with bunk beds but oh my lord everything was so outdated. When we turned the shower on, the knobs started peeling out of the wall and it sounded broken turning it from tub to shower. We had to leave and find someplace near by to get breakfast. The extra comforters provided smelled like they hadn’t been washed in months and It’s not what we expected at all and im highly disappointed. Definitely a family careered place, just bring a cooler of drinks and food to go to the beach and what not.
