Cancer retreat for my family
We had an excellent 3 night stay. The staff was kind and courteous! Our room was very clean. The biggest plus was being ocean front so we could walk to the beach. The breakfast was very good! And the other meals we had were good but a little bit expensive. We appreciated the ability to eat on site without having to search for places to eat though. Christine at the spa was very helpful. All around a good place. My family and I visited as a respite from my cancer treatment and would definitely stay here again.

This property is in need of much repair Showerheads leaking carpet is filthy. I would never ever stay here. We ended up spending one night and then leaving

Low winter staffing but they all were great. it’s an older property recently bought by Hilton. Pool deck needs to be refinished, rust on handrails, my bathroom door revealed there had been flooding in the bathroom before. It definitely needs maintenance.

The hotel was okay. Nothing special as the pool was not maintained and leaves were in pool. Sunday the bar was closed by pool. Maintenance issues needed to be addressed. Room was clean and shower was nice. Staircase needed to be cleaned. Not sure why you pay daily parking fee. That doesn’t make sense.

Problems from the start, Room 748 had no heat or air. Next day asked to speak with the property manager, who never called after six hours. At front desk ask to see the manager, was told he was gone for the day. Desk clerk heard my issues and gave another room 620. Air and heat worked but not on auto, had to control manual. Was promised strawberrys and champagne for our troubles which never arrived. Upon check out told we were disappointed and promised a $150 credit which never arrived on my card. This place is pathetic. Old and run down. Would not recommend. PS. Door was torn off cabinet that " hid" the safe ...safe didn't work. Save your money!

Totally happy with our stay at this hotel! We had an issue with our 1st room upon check-in and they promptly moved us to a new room facing the pools & ocean with no up charge!! The view from our balcony was spectacular. The room was clean and comfortable! The pools were awesome, the restaurant was great! Thank you Hilton.

Very nice hotel and accommodations. Stayed 10 days and would stay again. Only thing I didn’t like was the misc charges. Charging to park in hotel parking lot, charging for pool and beach chairs. I would rather pay one price upfront .
