3421 Villamare is located on the fourth floor of building 3 in the beautiful Villamare Oceanfront complex. Updated throughout, guests will enjoy the peaceful views, coastal colors, accessories and vibe, beautiful furniture and spacious comfort throughout. This is the perfect beach retreat for you and your family & friends.

When you walk in, the spacious and inviting open floor plan draws you in. The updated kitchen is front and center and features a large island, that has seating for two, with built-in stove top, colorful backsplash, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a number of white cabinets. This kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need from quick breakfasts and lunches, to gourmet evening dining.

Just beyond the kitchen is the spacious living area that has large windows making the space feel even more open, bringing the beauty of the outdoors in. There is plenty of comfortable seating, 46" TV and DVD player, and a dining table with built-in bench for seating along the wall and three additional chairs. A washer and dryer are hidden in cabinets near the kitchen. Hardwood flooring throughout the kitchen, dining and living areas complete the beachy feel of this bright and open space.

The Master bedroom is located just off the living area and features a King bed, 42" TV, and a private, updated bathroom with double vanity and large walk-in shower. Sliding glass doors provide access to the main balcony which overlooks the landscaped grounds and offers peeks of the Atlantic Ocean, complex pool and beach.

The Guest bedroom is on the other side of the living area and has 2 Double Beds, 32" TV and a private updated bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower only. There are sliding glass doors that lead out to a private balcony with table and two chairs.

At the oceanfront complex of Villamare in the beautiful Palmetto Dunes you will find a large oceanfront pool, a kiddie pool, a large grilling area, a work out facility including an indoor pool and beautiful lush landscaping. There are plenty of bike paths, a lagoon system where you will enjoy canoeing, biking, golf, and tennis all close by. This villa is guaranteed to make you want to stay year after year and make this your "home away from home"!

Excellent property and location, but…
This property was beautiful and exactly as pictured. The kitchen is truly fully stocked (we did bring our own crockpot but needed little else). Appliances are like new and the washer and dryer were amazing to have. My husband and my 6 year old son felt right at home here! The only thing we were really surprised by/ disappointed in was the quality of the beds, which would actually keep us from booking this property again. All 3 beds are very hard and the sheets were so rough like a cheap hotel :( The curtains were very sheer as well, and the exterior lights in the complex are very bright at night. For the money we spent, we had higher expectations in this area. Other than the beds, we had a really great experience!!

Great location, a bit outdated.
We’ve stayed at Villamare before and the location is great. This condo was no exception to that. Near the pool, fitness center, short walk to the beach. The balcony was pretty with a view of the ocean. The condo itself was nice but unfortunately not very clean. There were hairs in the master bed, stains on the comforter in the guest room, the oven had food caked on the edges and the floors were dirty. The decor was a bit outdated but was fine. Honestly the place overall was nice it just seemed like the cleaning company dropped the ball. Overall the price was reasonable and for our fam of 4 it was fun.

The kids loved the indoor and outdoor pool. Very close to the beach. Everything was great. If you like a soft bed you might not sleep great, but if you like a firm bed this is your place! Will definitely come back.

Great location, friendly staff.
My daughter loved seeing the turtles in the pond, and it was easy for my 81-year-old mother to walk down to the beach. The indoor pool is nice if you need to get out of the sun. Parking in the garage is a bit tight, literally, so I would think twice about bringing the Sequoia/Armada/Navigator L/Escalade ESV/Yukon XL/Expedition Max/or the like, unless you don't mind parking outside in the sun.

Beautiful spacious villa with great ocean view!
LOVED, loved, loved our stay @your villa! Our living space was roomy with a "beachy" decor - kitchen and bathrooms clean and nicely updated! Can't say enough about the FANTASTIC views of the ocean. This complex really has it all - easy access to beach, indoor/outdoor pool, gym, nearby access to walking paths, general store, etc. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Did I mention I love this villa??

Great vacation, great unit for a family of 4!
We have stayed in this complex before but this way by far the best unit we have rented. Very nice, newer, model appliances as well as nice bathrooms. Kitchen is actually well stocked with just about anything you might need. Great location to the pool and beach. Only negative was the patio furniture needs attention. The furniture on the main patio was decent (not great..but functional) however the furniture off the quest bedroom (kid's room) was severely rusted with several sharp edges and pieces falling off, completely unusable. Still, we would definitely stay here again.

Nice updates, but small
Overall I would say we enjoyed our stay in this condo. We’ve always stayed in Palmetto Dunes but this was our first time at Villamare. The location is perfect. Close to the General store and to the bike shop. The indoor heated pool came in handy since the week of our stay ended up being a bit chilly. Though the outdoor pool was advertised as being heated, it still felt too cold for our young kids. The condo itself was very clean and updated. The bedrooms are a great size. However, I would say that the living room, dining area, and kitchen felt a bit tight. The bulkhead over the kitchen made it feel even smaller. We cooked a few times but did not like the fact that there was no overhead range fan or any way to vent the kitchen area. The master shower water pressure was also too strong. I would recommend this place for smaller families (4 people or less).
