Indoor seasonal pool hours are May 1 to August 31, Monday-Friday 5-10 PM, Saturday 9 AM-9 PM, and Sunday 9 AM-1 PM. From September 1 to April 30, the pool is closed Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and open Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday 5-10 PM.

We had a mixed experience- the first day was not good-we couldn’t reach the front desk after multiple calls- when they finally picked up- the receptionist was rude and shuttle service was bad- we waited over 30mins in freezing cold weather and when it arrived vehicle was small and could barely accommodate the luggage, and the driver was unpleasant, check-in was slow and unfriendly. We had a better experience the second day- the new staff member at the reception was friendly and helpful despite having to problem solve an issue with the room key. Breakfast was good and shuttle to the airport was timely.

First. The airport shuttle didn’t show up at the airport after an hr waiting. I had to get an Uber.If there is a shuttle it should come. The hotel staff and check in was nice enough. Everything in the hotel is way over priced however. For water or soft drink. What is the reason for this?

Very agreeable hotel with a friendly staff. The neighborhood is quite new (2925), so it’s lacking dining / entertainment in the evening. I did find a lovely Afghan restaurant not too far on foot.
