Pros:
It's very clean.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
The location is on an island, which is quiet and picturesque.
Free tea and coffee in the kitchen, which is available for use to all guests.
Cons:
It's very noisy: the walls are paper-thin and you'll hear the people in the other rooms and in the hall; the lockers are metal so it's impossible to open them quietly; the doors have no soft-stopper mechanism so they bang every time someone lets go of the door.
Basics aren't included: you must pay to rent a towel (2 euro), no free breakfast (7 euro), you can give a returnable deposit to get a padlock (4 euro).
Bathrooms: only 3 showers and 3 toilets in the entire place for everyone to share and they are tiny.
Location: it's on an island and you'll need to pay 5 euro one way for the ferry, so factor that into the price of the hostel when you consider staying here. Also, depending on the time of day and the time of year, you'll need to be aware of the ferry schedule, as the ferry may not depart often.
Overall, it's good for people who can sleep through cannonfire, otherwise, find a quieter and less overpriced hostel.
