Great stay right in the center of old Hanoi

the location was awesome, the room nice and spacious, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Tony even helped us gluing stamps onto our postcards.

Ideal location just at the top of Beer Street, but request a room at the back if you prefer it quieter. Hotel organised taxi from the airport and again when we were leaving. Good breakfast included in the price. Laundry service was excellent, wish we knew about this before we left as we wouldn’t have packed so much.

Check in was quick and friendly! We were a little early but they let us drop off our bags so we could start exploring. The rooms are a good size and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was really nice!

Really nice hotel, the staff were very tentative, the breakfast wasn't to my taste particularly but not offensive. It is right at the end of Bia Street, which is a street full of food and drinks which is great, and doesn't cause any noise issues in the hotel itself.

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Altstadt am Ende einer Kneipenmeile. Ruhe ist in der Umgebung nicht zu finden. Das ist in Hanoi in der Altstadt auch kaum zu finden. Die ganze Zeit fahren Roller um einen herum und drängen sich durch die engen Gassen. Wenn man aber ins Hotel rein kommt, bleibt der Lärm vorerst draußen. In den Zimmern ist der Lärm aber gerade abends auch zu hören. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung und die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut. Das Hotel ist insgesamt viel kleiner und schmaler, als es auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Es gibt eigentlich nur die Rezeption und den Frühstücksraum im Erdgeschoss. Das Frühstück ist gut aber nicht besonders ausgefallen und nicht sonderlich reichlich. Es gibt frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen und eine gute Auswahl an Gerichten. Auf dem Dach gibt es eine schöne Rooftopbar mit leckeren Cocktails. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und organisiert auch Touren in die Halong Bucht. In der Umgebung gibt es eigentlich alles fussläufig zu erreichen, auch die Train Street ist noch in Laufnähe, wenn man ein bisschen gut zu Fuß ist. Es ist eher ein einfaches Hotel aber durchaus nett.
