We wanted stay one night in a downtown Hotel close to Old Quarter and very pleased with the Hotel, Staff and location. Breakfast was alos good, only the hot coffee should have come with hot, not cold milk. It´s a nice Hotel, clean and everybody we met was very friendly.

We have had a great time staying at Hanoi Royal palace Hotel. Service was outstanding! We were welcomed with drinks and towels and told to sit down and waited while the staff organized our check in. Once we were ready, we were escorted to our room and our luggage followed soon after. We we’re given a map and lots of information of recommended places to visit around Hanoi. The room was so nice, clean and breakfast had a huge selection of food. I would definitely stay here again,

Location in old quarter surrounded by tons foods ans shops. Walking distance to train cafe, lake, night market, and place where all the tours start or pick up. Room and bathroom is good size, very clean and beds are comfortable. Water pressure is also good. breakfast’ taste is standard with limited variety but they are enough and free. Service is wonderful, all the staff are very helpful.

We stayed in this hotel for 1 day just after arriving in Hanoi. This was a great hotel with many friendly staffs. The rooms were very clean and the location was perfect for city sightseeing. Breakfast served in the morning had many traditional Vietnamese dishes. We could store our luggage when we were out of the city for Halong Bay cruise tour. We recommend this hotel..

The Perfect Stay
My partner and I stayed 5 nights in the Hanoi Royal Palace Hotel 2 and enjoyed every moment we were there. The location of the hotel in the Old Quarter is so close to everything and is the perfect place for exploring everything in the Old Quarter by foot. The room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was great with lots of variety to cater for dietary needs. The one thing that made our stay so great were the staff, especially Angelina, everyone was so friendly and warming and couldn't do enough to help us from the moment we walked in the door to the time we checked out. Angelina was also great and looked after all the bookings of our trips out of Hanoi and made sure everything went to plan. We will certainly be coming back to Hanoi and staying here again and would highly recommend this Hotel to others.

The staff was very nice and took great care of us. We left our luggage there for few days while we around and they watched over our stuff for free. We stayed few nights in Hanoi Royal palace Hotel. The hospitality was wonderful by the staff overall. Special thanks to Ms Phuong and her staff. They offered us umbrellas when raining outside, carried our luggage and very friendly to talk too. Smiling reception, no request was too difficult. The breakfast is amazing. Many a selection. Room is clean and tidy. Thank you for the wonderful stay. I love this place. Close to everything.

We were very impressed with the helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is in the heart of the Old Quarter but is very quiet as it is hidden down a small world lane. Breakfast was very good and the room was clean and there was abundant hot water. Room size was good. We'll return to stay again within a few days!

Stayed a few nights at another hotel and only one night at this hotel. This hotel wins hands down. This hotel is more modern, location is great, very near to Hoan Kiem Lake and to night market. It is even cheaper than my first hotel. The breakfast is also better. If only I had found this hotel earlier. I highly recommend this hotel.

The suite was clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. It's in the Old Quarters of the city so everything is in walking distance so took advantage of the location to walk to dinner, check out a couple galleries, and have drinks. It was great
