Worth for what we have paid. Fantastic service. We booked the Superior room, It’s clean and the room decoration was unexpected.. we’re happy and satisfied with their services. The receptionist is very informative, polite and helpful. Hotel is at strategic location. walking distance to Hoan kiam lake, Thang Long puppet show, St Joseph Cathedral, Train Street. Overall, Excellent service given by Hotel.

This hotel was a joy to stay with. The location is great - in the old town near the lake. The room was well appointed with a comfortable bed and lovely rain shower. The staff went over and above to make our stay enjoyable - they arranged an airport transfer, tickets to the water puppet show and even a tour guide. They greeted us warmly every time we passed through the spectacular lobby and seemed genuinely happy that we enjoyed their hospitality. Definitely highly recommended.

Excellent staff, amazing rooms, amazing service. They helped us plan tours within a days notice and whenever we phoned down to reception they quickly answered and covered our needs. Would highly recommend. It is positioned perfectly as well, within walking distance of walking street and the lake with the weekend market.

Staff, especially Jimmy was outstanding! Above and beyond. The hotel was lacking in many key features. No plugs in the bathroom, no place to put anything ie everything on floor. No hooks, too many stairs.

Staff friendly. Facilities excellent. Bed and pillows great. They also held our luggage a couple of times when we did trips out from hanoi. A few stairs but also a lift. Felt like we were in the centre of everything, it was so easy to walk wverywhere.

Little gem of a property
If your wanting to be in hub of everything this hotel in old quarter is perfect.Motorcycles mototorcycles and more motorcycles.15 mins walk from Hanoi railway station and hundreds of shops all around the hotel and in easy walking distance if attractions.You may hear traffic abd constant honking horns but nowhere in Old quarter is quiet in the city that never sleeps.Breakfast restaurant small but nice and friendly staff but breakfast finishes at 9 30am.Yes property has a lift but those with stairs or disability wont find this easy as have to walk 3 flights of stairs to reach lift on 1st floor and lift stops btw floors so have to go up or down stairs to reach rooms.Staff exceptional.They go out of their way to help you.Even offered us takeaway breakfast as had to leave early.Special mention to Jenni and Johnny.Outstanding service and so friendly.They just want to.make u feel special and they did.Doormen also outstanding
