This was a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms. It is about 3.5km from the Old Quarter but only 15-20mins in a taxi, which were always available and cost less than US$5. Great facilities, lovely clean pool and away from the noise. The nightclub nearby was also a hidden gem for the younger crowd (or those young at heart).

Absolutely loved my stay at the property. Its very well located right next to two shopping centers. Centrally located for easy taxi ride to anywhere in Hanoi and what a great deal for a 5star property. The staff was absolutely phenomenal with above and beyond customer service. Concierge was very helpful with shopping and sight seeing recommendations and their breakfast selection at the restaurant was one of the best i have ever had. I would highly recommend this property and definitely come back again.

Strangely they ask for a deposit of 2 million vnd for every night that I stayed with them. It is common for every guest. Room is quite old. Cleanliness is there but is not to the standard

좋은 호텔이네요
전망도 훌륭하고 직원들의 서비스와 오래되었지만 객실 상태도 좋았습니다. 스마트티비가 있어서 유튜브 등 이용이 편했고 수영장이 한산해서 아이들과 오면 좋을꺼 같아요. 다만 조식은 현지식과 중국음식 위주라 한국인들 중 향신료 안 좋아하는 분들은 호불호가 있을수 있습니다.

子連れでも快適に宿泊できました
家族3人で宿泊しました。2歳の息子を連れて行きましたが、スタッフのみなさんが親切にしてくださり、快適に過ごすことができました。レストランにはベビーチェアなどありませんが、周りの人が気を遣ってくれるので、夕食も朝ごはんもスムーズにいただけました。 プールサイドの奥には小さな公園もあり、ホテルステイを楽しむことができました。
