This is such a nice place to stay for the night. It's quiet and the staff are all really lovely. You can also request a later checkout for a small fee which is very convenient if you are here for an evening event. A 2:00pm checkout is $15 extra. I definitely recommend this hotel.

A great place to stay
The Visitors Inn is a clean, modern, well-maintained hotel. The rooms are big, nicely decorated and very comfortable. I always enjoy staying here when I visit Hamilton The staff are always friendly and helpful.

The front staff was incredibly helpful after her horrific day… It is nice to see that people still have that good heart, especially at this time of year. Help me with a check in and directed me to the restaurant as she knew of my days events and it was closing shortly, so make sure I got in time to get food which was fabulous as well Very very, very pleased

The room was dirty Tub and toilet were gross Garbage everywhere outside The bins had garbage all around LOTS and the bins were not full The pool was nice but again each time we went it was dirty No towels Dirty towels on the floor Bathroom was yuk A little disappointing

My fiancée and I stayed at the Vistor's Inn for a couple nights. Overall the hotel was fantastic. The staff were friendly, and the rooms are very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed soaking in the hot tub with the jets and lights on. The pool was great too and not too cold. We didnt expect a dry sauna so it was cool to try that. We loved that we could drive around the hotel to the back and park right outside our room instead of going through the whole hotel. Super convenient. Only complaint we have is it stated online the breakfast is included which is inaccurate. The food prices were generally reasonable. The food itself was alright but could have been better for a fancy hotel like this one.
