We really enjoyed our stay. The two room suite was perfect for our big family. It was nice to have the kitchen with plates and cutlery. We were able to eat our dinner takeout comfortably. The beds were big and very comfortable. The staff at the front desk were professional and kind and checked us in very quickly. They also allowed us to park our oversized vehicle right in front of the hotel as it would not fit underground.

One elevator was broken on check in which usually would mean a bad experience. Took a while to get upstairs but by the time we got back after dinner it was fixed. This was on a Saturday evening when many hotels would just wait until Monday to call a technician. Kudos to this hotel for taking care of this in a timely manner. Room was clean and large and very well appointed. Will stay here again on my next trip to Hamilton

Don't do it
One the front staff needs to work on communication, they never told us there system was down and so was the wifi. I couldn't get my bill immediately, the ice machine was not working the entire time and they charged per day for parking crazy and that fan in the room was about to come out of the ceiling. I have never in my life had to request the day before for my room to be cleaned I will never stay in there property again
