All the staff are extremely unprofessional and rude, no wonder this place got bad rating, won’t come again ever, Marriott is much better than Hilton I’d rather pay more.

The clerk at check in had difficulty giving me the wifi password, didn’t know if my breakfast was included or not and was overall disinterested in the customer experience. Also the hotel is in the middle of nowhere and needs renovation. Cleaning service is provided every other day « for our convenience » as stipulated as a note in the bathroom. Just be honest and say that it’s to save costs …
