Very poor service.
The service is very bad . 6 am the fire alarm woke us up . My husband is 94 years old and can go to the steps we are at the 4th floor do we are not able to use the steps . No help no answer in the phone or concern to the guest .

Unfortunately, the jacuzzi in our room was in-operative as we paid for the upgraded room. Upon checkout, no refund or partial payment back of any kind was offered. Other than that, clean and very comfortable room.

The room "key" was a PITA wouldn't open the door every time. Had to go to the desk for help a couple of times and wait. The shower temp was hard to control and bathroom exhaust fan was very weak if working at all.

Room is cleaned everyday. Staff is friendly. Adequate parking. Building is slightly old but kept in good condition. Decent fitness room. Pool is slightly smaller than other hotels. Mosque is right by the hotel so it worked out exceptionally well for me as I could attend daily prayers.

The hotel was very clean and quiet and in a nice neighborhood. We loved it! The staff was not too friendly but they were okay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
