The Space

The well-equipped kitchen and dining area are perfect for preparing and sharing delicious meals with family and friends. After a day of beachside adventures, retreat to one of the four bedrooms, all featuring new, cozy bedding.
Main Floor:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed shared full bath, TV, and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2: King bed shared full bath, TV, and ceiling fan.
Second Floor:
Primary Bedroom: King bed, private balcony access, private bath with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, TV, and ceiling fan.
Bunk Room: Two Twin-over-Full bunks and one Twin-over-Twin bunk, private standard bath, TV, and ceiling fan.
Mer-Sea comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water adds convenience for rinsing off after a day in the sand.
Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Fort Morgan and Morgantown
Morgantown is a charming seaside community offering two swimming pools, a kiddie pool, lighted tennis/pickleball courts, and multiple beach access boardwalks. The pastel-colored, beautifully landscaped neighborhood exudes pride of ownership, inviting guests to stroll, bike, or even cruise around in golf carts during sunset.
Located just 15 scenic miles from Gulf Shores, Morgantown provides all the essentials. Nearby Dollar General and Sassy Bass Market stock groceries and basics, while local restaurants like Tacky Jack's, Sassy Bass (two locations), Coast, and Jesse's on the Bay offer delicious dining options. Some venues even feature live local entertainment!
Fishing enthusiasts will appreciate the newly reopened Fort Morgan fishing pier, providing convenient inshore access to a variety of local species.
