The most amazing view!
Love the view and the condo was clean. Easy to access the beach and only took a few minutes using the boardwalk. There was construction going on which would have been nice to know. But, it didn't keep us from enjoying our trip!

The great escape!
Such a wonderful and relaxing time! This condo was amazing! Very tasteful decor throughout that reminds you that the beach is very close. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were very comfortable and what a treat to wake up and see the gulf from your bed! Views of the beach and water from the huge balcony were wonderful… A great escape to relax! Thank you!

Our only issue was that we were not informed of the necessity to purchase a band to access the main pool and believe me this is a minor issue. Our accommodations were great and a property manager from Vacasa gave us a direct line for any needs. This was not our first time at the Beach Club and we will definitely be back.

We weren’t here long but it was enjoyable. I have never been to the beach club so the distance from the town to the condo was quite a long haul. And the stores close by were overpriced so I would definitely stop by a Walmart ahead of time. There are a few places to eat close by and the club has their own restaurants. The beach club itself is nice, I did not realize you had to have the spectrum pass for the gym area I got told that as soon as I walked up but the run around the condo was much more enjoyable. The condo is slightly behind the sand dunes so there is a longer pier walk and less beach view then what we are use to but it wasn’t bad, we actually enjoyed our view of the palm trees as well. The pool area was nice, plenty of seating and some shade as well. Everything seemed clean and fairly updated.

One of the Best Weekends EVER...
Four of us stayed in this unit for my youngest son's wedding. Everything was easy and perfect. I wouldn't change anything. I've never been to a destination wedding but now I'm sold. Everyone hung out and ran into each other the whole time. Also, our unit was great.

Rough Start . . .
The property was great - the grounds were very well landscaped and clean, proximity to the beach, great pools. My biggest issue was that people were still in our unit when it was time to check in. There was obviously a miscommunication on their check-out date. The property managers must have realized this when it was scheduled to be cleaned and had been trying to contact the current tenants. The renters were finally contacted and were scrambling to get out when we arrived. Vacasa should have called me and told me what was happening rather than let me walk in on the people. Needless to say, I was less than happy when I called them. They seemed surprised with the information I was telling them and were not offering any solutions, I only got an "Oh, my" on the phone. I had to ask for a cleaning crew to come immediately, which they did. It only took an hour to clean the 2 bedroom/2 bath unit and you could tell it was a rush job with the dirty underwear left on the floor. They never called back to make sure we were in or if it was cleaned properly (I received a survey by phone the next day). I had to ask for some sort of restitution for the delay of our vacation, which they finally offered to refund the cleaning fee. Let me just say that Vacasa's customer service was highly lacking that day! To be better than the competition, you have to do better. I don't think Vacasa will be my first choice in vacation rentals for future trips.

Wanna come back!
Everyone comes to the beach so they can awake to the sound of waves. With so many condos that's only possible if you get out of bed and walk clear around the condo to the beach side--or worse, you're promised an ocean view only to find that you have to stand on your balcony and lean over the railing to catch a glimpse between buildings! Here, the view (and sound) was all you could ever ask for, with the private balcony accessible from the living room or the master bedroom! The ocean view was great and the property itself well kept and attractively arranged with soft amber lighting making the area visible, but not harsh. I was immediately happy with the cleanliness of the property on both the exterior and interior. No sand disgraced the floors (Nice to feel we could actually walk barefoot inside!) One small item of clothing had been left in the dryer, but only a tall person would have found that, and I didn't count that as a negative. The apartment was attractively furnished, although someone a little too heavy may have spent some time on the sofa and loveseat. They are starting to sag a little, as did the floor of the bathtub--no problem. I took a shower. I loved that they didn't have thin, cheap flatware. If you like big cups of coffee, you might want to bring your own mugs, but if you don't mind refills, what they have is sufficient. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you might want for normal cooking. I mean, I didn't see a wheat grinder or bread maker, but everything from pots and pans to colanders and pizza cutters, bowls, and utensils was there. Communication was superb. Within minutes of checking in, I received a text asking if I were satisfied with the cleanliness. I checked bathrooms, under beds, the fridge (which looked clean enough to have been brand new), the dishwasher and anything else I could think of before responding and could only say that it looked great. When I found the article of clothing in the dryer, I texted to let them know and their response was immediate. I LOVED that I didn't have to look around dozens of tall condos to see the sunset (or sun rise). The beach wasn't overcrowded. I didn't mind driving a little ways to go to a restaurant or grocery store. (We have those in central Alabama. I came for the beach.) I can't think of any real negatives. And the positives were very positive!

The unit was exactly as described. Check-in and communication from the property manager was always easy and on time. This unit is in a great location with a good view of the pool and beach. We’ve stayed at The Beach Club a few times and it’s our favorite place in the Gukf Shores area!

Worth the money
This apartment is great, well stocked. This apartment is on Fort Morgan- not gulf shores, it is about 15 minutes down a long road. My only complaint as I did not have food purchased upon arrival and seems everything closes early (10pm) Everything at tge resort does cost extra but you don't need it. Ocean is lovely, pool is great, beautiful views, clean apartment! Just know you are 15-20 minutes away from restaurants, stores, entertainment. I would stay there again as the price is unbeatable. I had some minor issues that I emailed to owner at 11pm, there was a maintance man at the residence at 10am the next day! Impressive... the keurig did not work and the toaster sparked and died but we just figured it out. The check in process is a nitemare. Figure out which building you are in BEFORE arrival, there are 4 towers. Also, the small paper on the door with your checkout date is your parking pass,tgese things were not communicated to me but despite the minor irritants, it is a lovely apartment. JUST BRING FOOD!

Great Stay July 2021
Just returned from 5 nights in Catalina 306 at the Beach Club and we had a great experience. The location was perfect for us. We wanted lots of beach time but wanted to avoid the crowds of people partying. We were able to find plenty of room to spread out on the beach each day. And though the weather report showed rain every day, it never lasted long and we also saw lots of sun. The condo itself was clean and comfortable and had a nice big balcony with a beautiful view. We had a couple tiny issues (the closet door in the second bedroom kept falling off it’s track, the toaster didn’t always work, the master bed was a little rickety…), but nothing that really negatively impacted our trip. We enjoyed several of the restaurants on site- picked up a pizza from the Hideaway one night, tried the food trucks and had lunch at Coast. Everything we had was great. There are also a few restaurants within a 5 or 10 minute drive if you want to go out without driving back to Gulf Shores proper. We did head into town a few times to hit the grocery store, mini golf and do a dolphin tour and it wasn’t nearly as far or inconvenient as some other reviews of the beach club had led me to believe. Highly recommend this property.

The property was less than expected. We noticed more than what we were comfortable with what appeared to be gnats, sand was in the sheets of the master bed and stucco was all over everything on the patio due to the outside repairs.

First trip proved to be a great time
We had a very enjoyable experience here for our first time in Gulf Shores. The only bad part was the construction going on. It wasn’t even the noise or the workers that were bothersome it was the amount of styrofoam all over. You couldn’t sit on the patio without styrofoam flying all over the place into drinks and covering the patio like snow. It also left a nice layer of styrofoam in the pool that stuck all over your body. There was no mention of construction on the VRBO site but it does mention it on the actual locations website.

You must read this
This condo and management company doesn’t even deserve one star. Our vacation experience was absolutely awful because of the lack of communication and professionalism of Vacasa. 1. The first time I tried to call Vacasa I waited on hold over 4 hours and never got an answer. The second time I called was over 5.5 hours of wait time, and I’m not exaggerating. They’ll try to blame it on covid, but based on all the other aspects of their service that’s just unreasonable. Read the other reviews, people are saying the same thing. 2. At 4:00 check-in the room had never been cleaned from the previous tenets. It was disgusting. 3. It took 5 calls and 4 hours later before their “cleaning” crew came in and cleaned the place in 30 minutes. They never even mopped the floors. I watched them. And there was sand everywhere. When I asked to speak to the local manager in Orange Beach she refused to speak to me. 4. Don’t be deceived by the cute beach decor, this condo is dirty and not well-maintained. There’s mold on the floors, the guest shower never stops dripping, there were black hairs all over the kitchen (even in the air fryer). 5. When they say there are “basic cleaning supplies” that means there’s 1 roll of paper towels and 1 extra trash bag. The condo isn’t stocked at all. 6. The only spices/kitchen items provided are salt and pepper. There are no other pantry items whatsoever. You have to bring all of it on your own. 7. The worse part is that since you are renting through the resort you have a bright red bracelet basically “warning” the staff that nothing can be charged to your room because you’re an outsider. You do not get the same perks as other guests. 8. I’ve been waiting 5 days on someone to call me back and resolve these issues but I haven’t heard a word. They offered to refund the cleaning fee but no one has done anything about it. Now that my vacation is over I’m going to have to spend hours on the phone demanding they refund the cleaning charge, which ironically nothing was ever cleaned. 9. There were also times when you’re waiting at the elevators because there are so many people are trying to go up.
