With approximately 1,450 square feet of living space, this nicely furnished two bedroom, two bath second floor condominium offers beautiful views of the Gulf from the master bedroom, the living area and large balcony. Fully appointed kitchen includes eat-in breakfast area, CD player, ice maker, Keurig, 12 cup coffee pot, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Other features include 9 foot ceilings throughout, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with a whirlpool tub, separate glass-enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space.
