The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Spectacular!
This house met and exceeded my expectations. Was extremely clean and well kept. Not a scuff on the wall to be seen. The house was loaded with everything a renter might need from batteries to kids toys to a printer when working from home. I cannot recommend this rental enough. Was perfect from start to finish.

Shiny New Renovation near downtown Greenport
Brand new renovation. Beautiful kitchen. All the furnishings were clean and utilitarian. The house felt 95% done. There were no curtains, throw rugs, throw pillows...The kitchen was basically equipped. The upstairs bath was very small with no counter space. That being said, its all about LOCATION. Short walk to downtown and beach. Really loved our stay.
