The room was fine, basic, clean with comfy beds. Pool lounges are old and need replacing. Breakfast had an average wait time to even get a seat of well over one hour but this was not explained on check in. Was told if the best time to eat was 6.30am. Evening food service no better. Ordered take away via the app which said 20mins. was then told 60mins minimum. Lack of staff everywhere.

We enjoyed dinner at resort x 1 night. We ate at the pool area with drinks for 1 x afternoon and walked across to Sea World. Staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay.

The service was friendly however for the cost the rooms were dated. Being a family friendly resort I would have assumed indoor activities available for rainy days as the rooms are not big enough to be stuck inside. More healthy food choices e.g fruits etc

The booking did not exist! However you took my money from my account! This was a surprise for my sons birthday! To only have to stand at the counter with crying children arfter being told that the room i paid for with access to themes parks did bot exist!! Refund my money immediately! Further action will be taken!

Great for families, make sure you choose a refurbished room though. Noise insulation is still non existent, you can hear people word for work in the adjoining rooms, but the aesthetic and view from one of the newly refurbed rooms was great.

Incredible hotel and experience with my family of 4. Beautiful hotel, rooms are spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. LOVE the easy access to Seaworld. The pool and splash pad were perfection in the hot weather. One small critique.. not much choice for kids meals. But just because I have picky eaters. Absolutely loved our trip, we will be back!
