Overall I would give 3 star only to this resort. There were bugs and cockroaches inside room and room was not cleaned properly.

Poor service on this occasion.
We have been twice before off peak and many things were unavailable, we assumed because of this. We went in peak season this time and it was poor. The boatshed was closed at first, we watched the sunset and then it opened and we ordered a drink, went back to order food and was told the menu wasn't available on saturday nights, so had to head to the other cafe. Went to the other cafe to order pizza's but there wasn't any margherita's left, was advised to head to the Italian restaurant to order take out there. Went without. The went back to get another drink at 7pm, only to be told the boatshed was closing, early. Ended up eating chips in our room.

We enjoyed our stay and were pleasently suprised. Staff were attentive, helpful and friendly. Multiple dining options on site for both lunch and dinner. Pool is monitored by lifeguards, very reassuring. (Not that you would leave them in the pool on their own). Entertainment for the kids. Buffet breakfast was great. Would definitely rerurn if the opportunity arises.

Good value for money
Just as expected - reasonable family resort. The biggest value is heavily discounted passes to the theme parks. If you order package with passes, make sure you specify the right number of quests.

We were charged extra because we booked the room via expedia, it was better to book the property via SeaWorld resort website. But it was an average room and but noisy at night and in the mornings. Our towels were not changed in the morning after requesting for a few times.

Standard room for premium prices. Seaworld has not updated the rooms on the park wing in over 10 years since we last stayed here. Original bathroom from our last stay. Uncomfortable beds and the room wasn't clean. Entertainment was 10/10 for new years eve! The splash park and pool were a hit with our son as was the access to seaworld. Buffet dining was amazing and service was excellent. The room let down seaworld resort.

Although it was a nice stay there is a lack of disability parking. We have mobility issues and was unable to park within a reasonable distance from the venue. There was 3 adults in the room and the only milk that was provided was a long life milk in a container smaller than a popper, unsatisfactory. I wonder if they could provide the little packets of 2 biscuits. When we arrived after traveling it would of been nice to have a coffee and biscuit. But my main complaints are about the parking and the milk.
