The room was VERY hot and uncomfortable and the AC unit did not seem to do anything. It was a very small room with very small pillows and definitely not worth the price… only positives were that it was very near to the station and the British Pub downstairs was very good.

My room was small by American standards, but adequate for my purposes as a place to sleep and shower. The room was very clean. The location is great, right across from the train terminal and only a few minutes' walk to the riverfront. The front desk staff were very professional and helpful. The breakfast in the adjacent pub/restaurant was very good. I did not find the bed to be very comfortable with a thin and hard mattress. My room faced the street and the sirens at night woke me up a couple of times. Overall, I would stay here again but would request a room away from the street and a foam mattress cover if one is available.

Located right near the main Geneva train station but still very quiet. The rooms were small but serviceable and kept clean. The location is perfect, great for walking to sites in Geneva or travelling further afield.

While the staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were a little grotty and the aircon barely worked making it very stuffy and uncomfortable at night. I liked the pub next door - probably one of the cheapest places in Geneva to get a cold beer on a hot day.

The hotel location is great for access to Geneva’s main train station- directly across the street and convenient if you’re just passing through. The lobby is lovely but our room was a dump. Wallpaper was peeling off with clear water damage over several walls. The room smelled of mold and mildew. We had to keep our patio door wide open to make the room breathable. The shower is so small it was impossible for my husband (average size man) to reach above his head to wash his hair and he couldn’t turn around in the shower or dry off in the bathroom. Walkable to Old Town and the lake (15ish min) so was tolerable for our one night but I would never stay here again.

The property is centrally located and thus a useful location to get around Geneva. On the other hand, it can be noisy at night if you're trying to get some rest. The hotel is old but adequately maintained. The free Geneva pass was excellent allowing use of buses and trams.

I have stayed here several times and the staff is lovely. Right by the train station. Yes, the place can use an update however that is reflected in pricing relative to nearby properties that are modern. The rooms are clean and the bedding and towels are spotless. The AC worked well and the water pressure was excellent.
