A splendid step back into Galway’s past in this boutique hotel situated in a medieval townhouse steps from the bustle of Quay Street. Our tiny but cozy room was on the third floor — and please note, if you have any kind of mobility issue, this is NOT the lodging for you, looking out on Cross Street (with some attendant noise at night) — but the emphasis here is on “cozy”, because it was comfortable and well-appointed. The staff were uniformly lovely, the included Continental breakfast very good, and the location can’t be beat for its proximity to the pubs and restaurants of Quay Street and environs. We love Galway for its music and history, and 7 Cross Boutique Hotel puts you right in the center of everything and makes you feel at home. Parking is discounted at the Spanish Arch car park about a four minute walk away. We would gladly stay here again on a future trip, daunting stairs notwithstanding.

Very nice place. The room was clean and comfortable. The room was a little small for us tho. We had a hard time moving around and the bathroom shower was extremely small. I also wish there had been an elevator as we stayed in the 3rd floor and had a lot of luggage. But the staff was very nice and helpful.

Awesome for us. Room was small but we didn’t spend much time there. Amazing location, maybe a bit loud at night for some but didn’t bother us at all. Great breakfast and amazing staff.

Lovely place, well decorated. The staff was great, friendly and welcoming. Only thing is the bathroom floor tiles close to the shower that were broke and need to be replaced. Other than that it was an enjoyable experience. Breakfast was delicious too

Perfect location
Lovely little hotel albeit very small and noise can be a factor. They do give you ear plugs to mitigate. The windows were hard to open and close. Can't beat the location - right in the heart of the Latin Quarter in Galway.

Very noisy area, the bars downstairs play live music until 2am. Water pressure is low and especially poor for hot water in the evening

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The property was in an excellent location; close to all the pubs, shops, etc. A beautiful old building with lots of charm. The AC was great the first night, however it wasn't working the second night. Had we not gotten back to the room so late we would've called them to look at it, I'm sure they would've had it running ASAP as they were very helpful there. Overall I would absolutely stay there again!

It's a very small hotel but has everything you need. The hotels location is fantastic. Great breakfast and comfortable beds. Don't let the location and fear of street noise put you off. The windows seal things up tight. Thank you very much. We would stay there next time.
