What a totally relaxing place! If you want to go hang on a beautiful beach or sit by a quiet pool and not fight for space, this is the place for you. The deluxe room was in beautiful condition, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The optional breakfast ($20pp) was ok--but not awesome and there are other alternatives. The staff was courteous and attentive when we had a few minor issues. The restaurants were convenient--and there are some excellent ones within walking distance (Flying Fish, Cappucinos were both excellent). If you want to party all night-go on a cruise, but, as for me, I'm already planning my next return trip to this little gem.

The staff was not trained. The staff was unprofessional and high level of Apathy towards the Guest. This include transporting our Luggage, to request for additional tea to be delivered to our room and certainly the following Morning at Breakfast. All of the above had the same characteristic. Staff Apathy towards the guest. Not pleasant

Very excellent experience I wish me and the family could stay longer. There are lots of people here that are so kind and inviting. The food and drinks were very good. A little tiny bug problem in the hotel room but it was taken care of quickly.

I checked out one to be placed in a different room. While the room I placed my Gucci Belt on the counter to retrieve $10 to leave for the housekeeper. I forgot the belt and right after I went into the room, I went back for the belt and it was gone. The staff in charge did not do their diligence to find the belt. I stay at Pelican Bay 3 to 4 times a year and never complained about their. It was very disappointing, it's not really about the belt but it's how it happened and how quick that happened. Pelican Bay failed me. A Huge Disappointment
