Fantastic Hotel!
We stayed here twice (each time once night) while in transit between the US and other countries. The hotel is located very conveniently in the city center and we walked to dinner and did a little additional sightseeing on our brief 24 hours stays in Frankfurt. Staff was very kind and helpful. Concierge helped us book dinner reservations both evenings we were in town. We found the breakfast buffet to be full of great options for our entire family. Clean large rooms made this a great stopover. We would definitely stay here again.

Good family trip
Great family trip and stay! Modern room, service was great and central location. There is a mall right next to the hotel to grab a bite or shop. Easy to get around the city. The only con I could list is breakfast buffet was expensive. Wish they had a few ala carte options. Highly recommend this hotel.

I was badly treaten because I reserve through EXPEDIA even being an ELITE JW member. Personnel enter my room while I was in TWO TIMES IN TWO DAYS one during the evening and another about 9 PM while we were at bed. EXPEDIA should NOT OFFER JW SERVICES ANYMORE because people are badly treated just FOR USE EXPEDIA

There was no hot water in the hotel for the 3 days we weee there and they kept telling us things that we’re not true about its return. We switched rooms and eventually moved to the Hilton instead.

Excellent location. Excellent breakfast. Generally good service by staff. However, the 3rd set of amenities (e.g. a 3rd pair of slippers, a 3rd cup, a 3rd water glass in the bathroom, etc.) are lacking from the room although the reservation (with extra guest fee being paid for) clearly stated that 3 persons are staying in the room. Most importantly, it is strange that the bathroom and the bedroom are only separated by a louvred door. Therefore, when a person switches on the lights in the bathroom, the bedroom will also be illuminated and other persons in the bedroom will be waken up as a result. This design is really inconvenient and uncomfortable.

Too busy at check-in. Too busy at the bar where we were trying to order food. The bar asked for our room number so we thought the bill would be charged to the room. But turns out we were asked to pay at the bar. What was the point of giving them our room number? One room had chocolate bars on the table. Ours did not have. It is ok not to have choc but what was with the inconsistency, and ours was the upgraded room. The staff also did not give us Expedia vouchers when we checked in. We thought since they did not give, then we show the reservation to the bar. Told to get a voucher from reception. Queued again for the voucher not excellent experience for late night arrival.
