I had an unfortunate experience during check-in with an employee named Hossein, who displayed unprofessional behavior. He asked me to fill out a form but had difficulty reading my handwriting. Rather than politely asking for clarification or requesting that I read it aloud, he rudely remarked that I ‘should write better.’ It is inappropriate to dictate how a customer should write, especially without first attempting to resolve the issue in a courteous manner. If an employee cannot read a customer’s handwriting, they should simply ask for assistance politely, rather than placing blame. This interaction negatively impacted my stay, and I found the customer service from this particular employee to be unacceptable.”

Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We were just overnighting before our flight the next day and arrived by train. Check in and out was smooth and easy. The hotel is very conveniently located even though is not actually at the airport it is a 90 sec train ride from the airport with a very easy train transfer at the airport. The station nearest the hotel is directly beside the hotel. The hotel sent directions on how to get there by train a day prior to arrival which was very useful. There is an excellent buffet breakfast offered at a good price with your stay. We didn’t try the hotel restaurant for dinner but it looked good. We decided to go elsewhere. Although the area is walkable (there are also buses), it feels a bit sparse and not fully developed yet. Nice walking trail through the nearby forest. Would also have been easy to get to the city centre (by train or bus) had we chosen to do that.

It’s Hyatt what can I say ? We always have a good experience with Hyatt Hotels ,Specially when it comes to cleanliness and their staff are very helpful customer service at it’s best! This location is very convenient. The Train station is right beside it and Uber or bolt ride to the airport is just €7 . If you want to visit the famous Roemerberg square you just take the train and it’s just 5 stops , just ask the staff and they will give you the map and the train to ride back to the hotel. There’s some resto and a little grocery just a minute walk .We stayed overnight coz our flight going back home is at 9 am so we explore a little bit of Frankfurt. All in all it’s highly recommended .

Close to Frankfurt airport but no shuttle. Reason for no shuttle is the fact the metro station is adjacent to the hotel, but for travelers with a lot of luggage is kind of a hassle to travel by metro one station, and expansive.
