Great hotel all around. Breakfast was all really good, lots of options. Location is great. Shops and food within walking of the hotel and a nice grassy area (park i think)across the street.
Marci was out concierge at night and her service, promptness and attention to our needs was excellent. She was a Godsend to us. The whole property was clean, refreshing, and had a wonderful breakfast selection. Could not recommend this hotel enough. We'll definitely be back.
Our flight was cancelled and rescheduled for the next day. We attempted to call the hotel but the phones were “down” for several days. Hilton reservation could not even contact them. We originally had reservations for four nights. We arrived at the hotel the next day and were told we were considered “no shows” and our reservation was cancelled. We were also told the phones were still down. We were able to book three nights but at a higher rate.
Hotel was clear and neat. Breakfast was good, nice variety. We got no maid service. Had to go to front desk to get fresh towels. Cover on ironing board was badly torn in several places. Air conditioner had to be turned off at night due to low hum.
