Friendly service and clean room. This is our second time staying there. We enjoyed the fact that it is not located in the center of the touristy area, but it is very easy to walk everywhere. The only hiccup this time is the inconvenience of reserving a time slot to access the pool and sauna. It isn't easy to know exactly when we will return from visiting the city to make those reservations. Every time we checked out the pool area, we noticed the pool was not used.

Very conveniently located Hotel with modern installations and big rooms. Staff were friendly. Breakfast wasn’t amazing, but had what you need to get you through a busy day as a tourist. Will stay here again if I’m back in Florence.

Property: the room we stayed in was huge clean and the towels and robes were a special treat— super white clean towels and robes, as well as the sheets. They even let us leave our luggages for us to be able to roam around while we wait for check in time. Close to bus stations and Florence’ highlights. Would stay here again
