+ Super Frühstück mit viel Auswahl. Wenn man einen Kaffee wünscht muss man anstehen wie in der Kantine - Service durweg unfreundlich Safe im Zimmer defekt Zimmer nicht sauber (dreckige decke/wände, lampenschirm, schimmel in der Badezimmerlüftung. Enges Parkhaus, muss manchmal 30 min warten bis man sein auto parken kann. Insgesamt grosses auf den ersten Blick imposantes Hotel an bester Lage mit gravierenden Mängeln!

Catastrophique

Dès notre arrivée à l'hotel, nous n'avons pas eu la chambre que nous avions réservé. En effet nous avions demandé une cabine balcon mais on nous a dit qu'il n'en restait plus. Suite à de nombreuses protestations, nous avons obtenu notre chambre, en passant par les responsables et en haussant le ton. Que dire du niveau de la nourriture : laborieuse, de mauvaise qualité et peu suffisante. Le prix exorbitant de la prestation n'est pas justifié par le niveau de service proposé. Le personnel est catastrophique, peu serviable et manque de discipline. Le restaurant le soir ferme à 22h !!! impossible de commander à manger passé cet horaire. Pour la piscine, si vous souhaitez avoir un transat, il faut se lever à 7h du matin car après ça, il ne reste aucune place. De plus, la responsable du service de serviettes n'hésite pas à mettre en doute votre honnêteté lorsqu'il s'agit de vous confier les "précieuses" serviettes. Enfin, le check out est un véritable calvaire, prévoyez une bonne heure d'attente pour pouvoir cloturer votre dossier. Durant le Check Out, vous aurez la "bonne" surprise de voir qu'on vous réclame de payer encore une fois votre séjour, même si vous l'avez déjà payé au moment de la réservation. Un bon conseil : vérifiez bien chaque ligne dans votre facture définitive, ça évite les mauvaises surprises. En un mot, un hôtel miteux, digne d'une prestation d'un 2 étoiles, et encore...

bel hotel bien placé

Petit déjeuner extra. chambres confortable avec vue mer (on ne l'a pas pris en option..) très bien placé. l’hôtel est en rénovation (étage par étage) mais cela ne gène pas pas. Accès aux plages des hôtels adjacents, pour notre part on a préféré aller à coral beach qui est a 6-7 km. poissons multicolores, corail, eau limpide : génial !
