They messaged me the day of check-in to inform the pool was closed. Would have been nice to know sooner so I could have canceled my room without a fee to go somewhere else was looking forward to taking my daughter swimming!

The system with cards was broken. I had to come back to the reception 3 times. I was badly bitten by bedbugs. In the morning I found alive bedbug on my pillow and showed it to the stuff at the reception desk. They apologized. Very friendly stuff but overall because of bedbugs: Terrible experience
