Did an overnighter with family. Was comfortable than some other chains, but I'm a finicky sleeper and like firm mattresses. Room amenities were basic. Using the AC was a tad bit confusing since it was tucked low and buttons were barely readable. Parking non-issues. Didn't use the pool but looked decent. Would have been nice if breakfast was included

Not happy. Old CHOICE customer loyalty program did not move my points to new program. And, in a very empty hotel, i was placed under an area that had construction banging away, at 8 am.

Strong odor
The staff were super nice. My issue was the building. There was a strong stale smell throughout the halls and in the room which I'm assuming was the old carpets and couch. The housekeeping staff did a good job, but i think its one of those smells that can only be fixed by replacing the old material. For this, I wouldn't rebook here- we tried to only come back to sleep and left early in the mornings.

The building is old and needs to be renovated. The carpets are very very old, don’t expect this from Radisson. I usually stay at Radisson hotels across the world, but very shocked with this particular one. But the price was very cheap, but now I understand why. I would not recommend this particular Radisson hotel in Edmonton

On the night we stayed there, the parking lot was pretty much empty. So it was good for parking. Desk clerk was very nice and helpful

The room I was in had bed bugs, I got bitten and I even took pictures. We were told not to use too many appliances because the light turned off when we turned the microwave on while also charging our phone.

Asked front desk to get house keeping to clean the room 3 times and they didn’t do anything but bring towels . And my other room didn’t even get towels but the beds were made .
