I didnt like it ,it felt unsafe and was noisy with dogs barking and smell of Marijuana real bad as to it gave me a headaches from hallway and it comes in the room under the door and then their wrre prostitutes on the premises also

I reserved two bed nonsmoking room clerk said I was registered for smoking and he had no no smoking rooms .finally had a room with king size bed .key did not work lock was insufficient..people I was traveling with also wanted non smoking but took the smoking room was real smelly and nasty stayed anyway because it was getting late and we're tired.this is the fourth year we have used this particular hotel and keeps getting worse.we will not use it again

I called ahead to reserve early check in for my room and was told it was $15 and I could check in at 1. I got there around 1:20 and the room was still dirty. The lock on the door was broken so we had to be escorted to our room and let in by staff. Then we were told that it would be fixed it they don’t know when so privacy was not an option for us. As a veteran with ptsd having a broken lock was extremely nerve wracking for me. Additionally, it took them 30 minutes to make the tv work. Once this whole mess was done it was already 6 pm. We’ve had no comfort and paid for early check in. The room had safety trip hazards and the place was rundown, the “breakfast” consisted of a couple of oatmeal packets and the option to make a waffle. No milk juice machine broken, no bread or toast and a tiny bit of coffee. I expect a full refund including my $15 early check in fee.

Staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond the rooms were clean and it was quite.Their breakfast was decent although they were out juice 😔 but overall great experience.

The entire place was very unclean and unkept, except the room.The entire building smelled like Marijuana. They served no breakfast like stated in the amenities listing. And it is not located in East Moline it is in Silvis.

If you have a cat, they don't think it's a pet
We booked the room because they said pet friendly. When I walked in I noticed a bad smell in the lobby, but was willing to overlook because I was exhausted. When I said I had a cat with me, I was expecting the pet fee, but the person behind the couter said no pets. I tried to argue that the cat is essentially self contained. I had a portable little box, his food and even a waterbowl. No cats. I even stated that a cat is a pet, and if cats are not allowed, it should say DOG friendly, not PET friendly. I could not check in. I had to find another place for the night.

It seems to be just alright hotels in this area. Nothing superb and makes you want to come back. Or, makes you refer colleagues to the area. I was there on business. Arrived a few hours early and was charged an early check in fee, which has never happened before. I was given a disabled room. It was located in the back of the hotel. No good lighting and right next to the garbage containers. When I would get off at night, there were no lights back there and sometimes people would be hanging out smoking back there. But the people were friendly. The rooms are outdated, but clean (I still had to clean the bathroom before I used it). No amenities were there. Small fridge and older microwave available. Not complaining, as I was just there to shower and sleep. Was out 16 hours of the day. Otherwise, you get what you pay for.

This place is bulldozer bait. Its filthy. Upon arrival no remote in room, AC kept popping its circuit breaker. The filter was filthy. The front desk never answered the phone. I went to the front desk and no one ever came to the desk. Horrible place!

I like the hotel location because of a good restaurant and a gas station nearby. The front desk and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. I feel sorry for the staff because of the hotel being in such poor condition. My room has only one outlet that worked. No trash can, some lights didn’t work. The bathroom door was cracked and faucets were rusty and old. I asked for a trash can and was given a plastic bag. Requested an iron and didn’t get it. Breakfast buffet is only waffles and oranges. Some yogurt. The sign in front of the hotel didn’t work.

If only the staff cared.....
The room was clean & the bed was comfortable. The TV sits too low to be seen from the bed. The bathroom light switch is outside the bathroom (by 5 ft.), the shower curtain rod was not mounted correctly, and there is no nightlight of any kind (we opened the door to the microwave to get low light as all other lighting was too bright & the bathroom light shined straight onto the bed). The breakfast is a continental breakfast (im being kind) w/ cereal, hot waffle... but the oj machine was out of service.... syrup was empty, no milk, and only coffee to drink). Fresh apple & oranges. Staff were alerted to the lack of acrrual consumables, but had nothing to serve & appeared to not care. People left the breakfast room filthy & staff didnt clean up. I appreiated the lack of bedbugs, but the carpet in the room and hallways are old & need replacement. We won't go to this super8 again.
