Our joyful home has been lovingly decorated to bring a smile to your face the moment you enter. Colorful, playful, fun! We think it's a quintessentially bohemian summer retreat. The private backyard has big sky, wonderful landscaping, and resolute privacy backing up to a nature preserve.
Located in the renowned Northwest Harbor area of East Hampton, the house is literally less than 10 minutes from beaches in every direction, or a short 20 minute bike ride (4 Linus bikes are stored in the garage). But with the amazing backyard, pool and outdoor shower, you may find yourself never leaving the house!
***NOTE: The backyard is being renovated before summer with brand new deck and pergola with seating, a 10 person dining table, brand new warm toned stone pool patio, and a newly resurfaced heated gunite pool - plus plenty more hydrangeas, roses and more beautiful foliage to last all summer! New photos will be added once the renovation is completed in May.***
There are three bedrooms, each with closets and very comfortable mattresses and linens. There is one guest bath with full tub and shower, and the adjoining master bathroom has the same.
The bright kitchen comes fully equipped with a refrigerator with a highly functioning ice machine (we know this is important), Moccamaster coffee maker, stove and oven, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, soda stream for guest use, and a sunny breakfast nook.
The expansive living room has soaring ceilings, a massive sofa for everyone, a dining table for 6-8, daybeds to crash on, plus a new 128" 4K projector screen with Sonos surround sound (not pictured, new addition).
The beachy bar and lounge is a fun and tropical room to kick back, relax and enjoy a cocktail!
Every room is equipped with a Sonos speaker for your enjoyment and high speed gigabit WiFi.
Our housekeeper is available weekly on Wednesdays for $150 a cleaning, who guests can pay directly.
Woody Court is part of Hampton Waters thereby providing access to the bay and all imaginable water sports and recreation.
Only available August-Labor Day, you'll head back to the city only after asking for "First rights" for next summer as well.
