The first floor features a living room with a fireplace, well-appointed open kitchen, dining area for 8 and full bath. Upstairs, there are 3 en suite bedrooms; the spacious king Master and two additional guest bedrooms, one a king that can be 2 twins, the other currently set up with a queen bed option. The very nicely finished lower level offers a terrific play space/media room, queen bedroom and full bath.
Outside, you'll find every amenity for entertaining, lounging and a boatload of fun! From the heated saltwater pool with kid-safe fence to the large, outdoor shower, well-outfitted stone patios to the big grassy yard with huge playset.
