Based in the old town but only 2 steps up from the Stradun (great if you have a lot of luggage) A bit of noise in the evening but not too bad (we were on the 3rd floor) Perfectly located for all the amenities of the old town. Friendly staff. Good breakfast served in the rooms

Nice local hotel, smack in the center of the old town. Nice staff. It's not as a great as the photos suggest. No balconies, you are looking at the adjacent wall. If you come with luggage, beware. Parking is 15 minutes away minimum. The recommended parking garage ripped us off. Not the hotels fault but I ask them to never recommend this again. They charged 304 EUR instead of the adversities 80 EUR for less than two days parking. Very bad feeling leaving Dubrovnik. Generally the city is now overpriced. We won’t come back for a while.

We loved our visit to Dubrovnik . City is buzzing and friendly lovely staff everywhere . Hotel was relaxed and mini apartment room at 4 th floor. . Do not get dropped of at the Buza Gate wrong gate into city as there is very large stairs down to street all the way to the to bottom . Ask taxi to take you to Pile or Ploce gate . Hotel staff and convience to everything from their hotel level is superb.

A gem in Dubrovnik old town
Lovely hotel in the heart of the old town, friendly and helpful staff, and a great room service breakfast! Worth being aware that all rooms are accessed via stairs as there is no elevator, but staff were very happy to help with bags.

This was a great hotel. Location was wonderful - in the city center. There is not an elevator - would you expect one in this old city? Front desk staff was helpful. helped carry our luggage up to our rooms. We did get our exercise going to and from our rooms, but this could be said for the entire city. If you expected it to be flat walking, you didn't do any research about where you were going. Offered four breakfast choices and it was delivered to our room at a time of our choosing between 7 am and 10:30 am. When we had to leave for the airport before 7 am, they gave us ham and cheese sandwiches for us to eat the next morning. Our room had windows facing the alleyway so the noise from the Irish pub across from the hotel could be heard until about 1 am. Bring earplugs or a sound machine if noise bothers you. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

Really nice hotel in the old city. We stayed in an airb&b out of the city center for three days. It was a walking disaster due to the hundreds of steps. We should have stayed at the Scalini Palace the entire time in Dubrovnik.

pleasantly surprised
chose this hotel due to its location in the old town. the service was AMAZING. came in early and asked to leave our bags with the front desk. when we came back, they had already taken our bags to our room when it was ready. up 4 flights of stairs! they brought breakfast to us every morning too, many different options. very good nights of sleep, couldn't recommend this place more

Excellent location and friendly staff. Great view from our room up 4 flights of stairs. Some maintenance needed - no shower door in the bathroom and water faucet drips. Still we were comfortable and found the hotel to be a good value. The breakfast provided was pretty terrible- the worst coffee.
