I didn't like that even though the standard small room was $335 per night,,,, you still have to pay $20 per night to park your car in the lot. And the luggage scale charges 2 dollars per bag. Absolutely no comps, but premium price

Nice hotel. Would give it a higher rating if the restaurant was better. Had an overpriced meal of scary shrimp in the Runway 28 restaurant. Was afraid of being ill on the flight home.

Booked for it's convenience to the airport; paid a bit more than we normally due to an early flight. First appearance the room seemed great, then noticed the beat up woodwork, the very outdated and impractical headboard, no toilet paper holder. The MAJOR issue was that the bed was HORRIBLE!! Huge divit in the middle of the mattress. Extremely uncomfortable, we fell inward towards each other all night long, also found it hard to climb out of the "pit". Worst sleep ever. Spoke with mgmt, told they were remodeling. Not soon enough. Terrible experience!!

Our stay started out well with a front desk employee who was efficient and professional. Things started going downhill in the evening. Our room A/C was not functioning, and repeated calls to the front desk were unanswered. My husband finally went to speak to the desk agent, who said it should be working fine and they apparently adjusted things in the computer. We were ready to go to bed and requested a fan just in case, which was promptly delivered. When we woke up this morning the room temperature was exactly the same as when we went to bed. The airport shuttle dropped us off at the wrong terminal which added some stress to our airport check-in. It would be great if drivers had a list of airlines at each terminal. The room was good other than the A/C problem.
