I've stayed at other Tru by Hilton locations and this one was average. The shower didn't appear the cleanest and a few pieces of linen on one of the beds was dirty. I requested new linen and never received it. Breakfast was decent, they serve it from 6am-10am I believe, the hot food was gone around 8:30ish and they never restocked for the late sleepers. Would I go back? Yes, but not to that specific location.

We stayed for 2 nights but no house keeper showed up although I asked the receptionist otherwise room was cleaned, breakfast was average but enjoyed gym and. Pool,Elevator was working and fast

The service from the staff was fantastic and helpful. The property was well kept. The room was big and bright and surprisingly quiet considering the hardwood floors and how it was a bit echoey at first. You couldnt hear anything in the hallways. The breakfast selection was great and everything was fresh and delicious. We had a very nice stay and will stay again if were back in the area!

Call and make sure they have the room you actually booked. After a 14h drive my husband had to sleep on the floor as they overbooked and didn’t have the room type we confirmed — for our family of 3 we were given a single bed to sleep in. We called the front desk 3 times en route as we were driving and got stuck in construction traffic and knew we’d be a late arrival. We were told no problem only to show up and have no room assigned. The staff last night was trying their best - but the girl this morning 7/27/24 practically blamed me for this issue. Be aware when traveling here. Hotel itself was nice, clean and otherwise fine.

Tru Angels
I’m here (first time in Michigan) to move my son back to Fl.). While waiting on business matters to be settled, Tru is our resting location. The hotel is comfortable, room is great, cleanliness, breakfast, staff (especially Dana) is awesome, & the location is wonderful. Thanks so much everyone for all you do.
