We liked the hotel and staff, restaurant, pool/hot tub, and our room. However, the air conditioning unit was very loud and woke us up repeatedly in the middle of the night. In spite of the very comfortable bed, my sleep quality was not good. I feel that's a deal breaker at this price point.

Bedside lights didn’t work on the one side of the room. Tv didn’t work either. Coffee maker in an odd spot and not plugged in either We were told when checking out we should have called the front desk. Really? At 100 am. Just an overnight quick stay. It was clean and updated so that was great.

Great Staff
Got to the property and went to the room. There was a maintenance issue, so I called down to move rooms. Staff handled the situation very well. Gave us another room that was fantastic, and included a couple drink coupons. I’ve owned a business for years, and I hop all my people handle my customers like we were handled in this situation. Great Job…
