"Right beside the metro line which connects into downtown Paris. Beside a grocery store and multiple restaurants. Rooms were clean and no complaints about the building. Did not try the breakfast but it looked good. If youre hestitating because sometimes it takes multiple transfers on the paris subway line, the way they're designed its basically impossible to not do so even when youre in the heart of downtown. "My girlfriend and I very much enjoyed our stay. Everything was in working order and well maintained. For light sleepers, it is noteworthy that noise level was kept at zero. We opted out of breakfast, but from the looks of it, the area was clean and well laid out. We loved proximity to supermarkets and having a small but functional kitchenette in the room with a sink as well as mini fridge. Our stay coincided with early March when temperatures were still somewhat frigid. One small inconvenience was that thermostat had a set upper limit, which did not allow us establish desired ambiance. However, the ever attentive staff offered a portable heater, which made up for that shortcoming. I would stay here again without hesitation. "
