Amazing area
The house was amazing and in a beautiful area. We loved it. So easy to get around. Beds were a little harder than we were used to, but this would not stop us from renting again. It had EVERYTHING you could want or need. So easy to check in and out. Quick responses. The swimming pool was awesome, and we really enjoyed that. The garage was perfect to park in for our Yukon.

Better than a hotel I guess
1. Some maintenance is needed for some of the damage or broken items in the home. 2. No communicating given about the pool not being open, even though I asked about hours and key card being left with a note about the pool. Kids arrived all excited and I packed tons of beach towels for everyone. 3. Parking was ridiculous, the whole area in front of the house is a "fire lane". 3. Something or someone "knocking" on the house/windows for the two days we stayed there. One time for like 20 minutes. Otherwise the home was the perfect size for our family. It is a beautiful home and we appreciated the beauty of having everyone under one roof.

Dress shopping
A group of us came to Colorado to go wedding dress shopping for my daughter. We chose this house based on the proximity to the airport as well as the bridal shop. We had a wonderful time and overall the house was nice. There were some very minor things we thought would improve the home. Some things seem to have some wear and tear such as the kitchen drawers with some handles being loose, and some broken blinds to the sliding odor nothing major. There didn’t seem to be many washcloths so we bought a set from target to leave at the home. There were bath towels I would say maybe 2-3 per bathroom. We broke a wine glass while there so we bought a set of stemless wine glasses to replace it. There were plenty of dishes for our use as well as cutlery. The only other thing we would suggest is putting a tv in the second livingroom it appears as if one was there before so maybe they are just in the process of replacing but we found it odd that the room with the big sectional had no tv and the room that has the big screen tv only has two chairs. It would have been much more pleasant if there was more seating in the room with the tv or a tv in the room with the sectional where we all could enjoy using it together. We did bring dining chairs into the room and sat on the floor in order to watch some tv together in the evening. Overall the house served its purpose was close to shopping and was an easy drive to the airport.

Great for family gatherings
We stayed here because it is close to my son's apartment. The house was perfect as a gathering place for 7 adults, easy to access to shopping and Denver-area activities. The host was great to work with and responsive to all of our questions. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the low cost of this house for a large group and a week-long stay. Thanks for making this place available to us!

This is a wonderful home to stay with a family. Plenty of space with private bathrooms. Worked great for traveling with an infant! We were close to the Zoo as well as a quick trip to Este Park! Highly recommend this property. The host answered our questions promptly and everything was as it was listed.

Roomy and clean, nice neighborhood. The owner was very responsive and friendly. We had 8 people with plenty of room. Awesome keurig coffeemaker. There is a surprisingly large community pool that my kids really enjoyed. I would stay here again.

Nana was so responsive and even dropped off a French press after we bought coffee but couldn’t find a coffee pot. She let us have a late check out and was super responsive and accommodating. The house was spacious and met All of our families needs. I’d recommend this home for price and comfort.

The home was really nice, and was comparable to the photos online. Plenty of space for our family. Check-in was easy and the house had all of the things needed to make our stay comfortable. The area was quiet and well kept. Nana was very nice and super responsive when we needed anything! There were a few things that I think could be addressed for future stays...The heat and a/c are not able to be controlled from the home. On our first day, Nana was coincidentally at the residence when we checked in and she advised this so I asked the heat to be turned to 70. The next morning, the heat was down to 62, which was fairly chilly. I had to reach out and ask for the heat to be turned up, which was inconvenient since it was 6am. I feel the tenant should be able to control the heat and a/c, within reason. Nana also had to come back to the property a 2nd time due to a lost remote. She again took care of it right away, but I would expect these things to be checked between stays so that guests do not have interruptions during their stay. Lastly, the cleaning crew could be more attentive to small details. The reason Nana was there during check-in was due to a dead battery on the door lock, but she was still at the property when we came because she was cleaning some missed areas in the kitchen. Later, when taking shower in the master, we noticed quite a bit of hair in the shower/shower walls. These were small issues. Overall lovely property and great experience. Would stay again!

We found a great home for a quick trip to Denver. Nana was great she kept in contact with us to make sure we arrived ok and had everything we needed. Thus was a nice clean comfortable home.
