The accomodations at the Shangi-La Eros are world-class, exceeding our expectations. The hospitality staff - front desk, conceirage, in-room dining, Club Lounge staff, and housekeeping were highly competent and friendly. We took two tours. The tour of Old Delhi with Anurag was magical. He is a treasure and fine ambassador of Delhi. On Sunday, we went to Agra for the Taj Mahal. Our driver Ram provided exceptional service, information, and most importantly kindness. He is professional and caring. The hotel was the perfect homebase for our first stop in India. This is our 3rd stay with Shangri-La (Abu Dhabi and Vancouvet). Eros is the best.

It’s a beautiful place, safe, clean and convenient. The Spa was unavailable, there were issues with the TV malfunction, that did not get fixed after calling the tech twice, lamp was broken. The chai cafe, was nice but 70 percent of the time the tea was served just warm. Ordered fries that were totally cold. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Inspite of some downsides we will stay here again.

Had great service on arrival and throughout the day but upon check out we constantly rang the reception and concierge to help us bring our luggage down but got no response so in the end had to come down and ask them. Upon check out the lady checking us out was very abrupt and made no apologies that no one answered our call and also was not courteous, she did not ask us how our stay was nor did we get a goodbye from her after check out was complete. This ruined an otherwise pleasant stay
