The room smelled like there was water damage or black mold. One of the pillows was heavily damp with a strange odor. These were reported to the consierge. There were no bedding provided for the sofa bed. When i turned in the damp pillow in exchange for another I was able to get bedding. It was dirty under the sofa with food crumbs. I liked that there were recreation options such as a basketball court and a swimming pool. Overall the room seemed nice.

I stayed in the two bedroom suite. I loved the layout of the room. It was spacious and our home away from home. I loved the amenties available to us such as free breakfast, pool. I loved how quiet the area was . Even though there were lots of hotels and apartment buildings around, the area was never crowded and it was very peaceful. My complaints was that the hotel room carpet could stand to be shampooed. Also, I missed getting my room cleaned and beds made. I stayed 4 days with no housekeeping services. I think for the price of the room, that should be included. The room also had an odor like a dead mouse was inside the wall and the smell was seeping through the vents. Other than that, my stay was pleasant.

The beds are comfy but the pillows are way too soft. The ice maker in our fridge room 226 only made a total of 10 cubes. The room smelled amazing so whatever that was keep doing it. The breakfast was cold (eggs and potatoes) we still ate because we were hungry.

The building is dated, but things like the bathroom and amenities were remodeled and updated. All the appliances were in great condition. Is was a nice room for a 3 night stay. Plenty of space for sure. Breakfast is okay. There were a few things to choose from. They just had one person to do all the cooking, cleaning, refilling, etc, and she was run ragged to the point she seemed flustered. She did her best though. Pool was good, kiddo had a blast.
