1. The room had a cockroach infestation. 2. The carpet smelled so bad. It had a damp, dirty feeling. I wore socks all the time and they turned black and had to dry. 3. At 1:00 in the morning my smoke alarm over the bed went off for 10 minutes... I searched... I called the front desk... no fire. 4. The manager was supposed to call me but never did. Therefore I do not blame the workers but the lack of management that does not care.

Find someplace else.
Supposedly an accessible room we were met with stairs between the parking lot and the room. There might have been another flat way in but it was blocked by construction work. Parking lot was cramped with spaces so small my minivan barely fit. Trashcans in the room were full, bathroom sink was cracked and leaking.

It was fine for a short trip
the main reason i picked this place was location and that they had a pool. It was not open when I went. The towels in the bathroom were tattered and mismatch. My blanket was dirty I asked for a new one they didn't have any avaible offered me more sheets. Not that the blanket was very thick to begin with. I just didn't use it. Not all buildings have elevators, which if fine I guess but I had a heavy suitcase and had to drag it up 3 flights of stairs. The insident amounth they hold is 175$ which is a little high to me but I did get it back

There was no cleaning the room. No lights and one lamp didn't work. We were missing one set of everything for one person. After asking at the front desk, we were able to get sheets, but they were out of pillows. Overall, picture doesn't match the reality.

Overall had a great stay. Loved that we had a kitchen space and separate bedrooms. Great for a family. Had a few issues with some staff members, but can't let a couple bad apples spoil the bunch.
