Vallet services was awful! Not enough staff to attend the amount of vehicles they receive. We would have to wait 15-20 mins for our car and then another 10 minutes to wait for the lanes to clear and exit.

The hotel had a great bar and excellent service from the staff and concierge. I didn’t like that there was no free wifi in rooms, the shampoo there small and poor quality, and food was expensive and moderate quality . Rooms were fantastic, excellent housekeeping, and close to attractions.

Downtown Dallas stay
Excellent service from reception for check in and check out even during a very busy weekend. Great downtown location with access to many restaurants. Comfortable bed. My only complaint was the amount of road noise at night, even though we were on the 17th floor. Overall an enjoyable stay.
