Location location location
The location is awesome, very close to dining and stores. Lovely apartment. Take some kitchen essentials as somewhat limited if you plan to cook. However wonderful dining just north of property.

Convenient and reasonable but not comfortable
The location was good and the price was reasonable. The furnishings left much to be desired. The bed was very low and the mattress was really soft. There were no curtains in the bedroom so the security lights kept the room way too bright. There was only one chair in the living area and the couch was on the floor, which was unusable for.me. The dining table had no chairs either, just stools that were very low. Overall, not a place you could hang out.

It was good but has potential to be better
The location and communication was outstanding. The lack of kitchen supplies was very disappointing. Pans all needed handles tightened. No mixing bowls, baking sheets or other things necessary for cleaning cooking. Lack of a dresser and TV in the bedroom was frustrating. I went out a purchased a tv for the bedroom to use while I was there. Furniture in the living room was sparse and uncomfortable. only area to sit and dine is a high top table on the smaller size. Again location was good, management was helpful and communicated well. Space was clean and would have been perfect if it had been furnished better and had more utensils for the kitchen.
