The staff was great. However, our room was run down and hasn’t been recently updated. In addition, the couch in our non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Before we realized, we set some of our items on it and the items are ruined as we cannot get the smoke smell out of them.

My experience was very frustrating. I was always needing something for the room because it didn’t have the proper necessities. There were no bath robes, no pants to fry food, I have to ask for forks and a corkscrew, and there were roaches in the restroom. I was not pleased with what I paid for. I really wanted to talk with management about this situation.

Beautiful room within walking distance of the race I did downtown and many dinner options within walking distance. I could hear street noises pretty loudly but it didn’t bother me because I’m a sound sleeper.

We arrived at 3 checkin was 4, the woman who greeted me was not pleasant. The room was ok. Bedding linens were thin, not warm. The bed was hard. The toilet made a noise all night long. Needless to say, not impressed and won’t be back. Not worth the money. Valet service was a joke. Not organized, not worth the mandatory $45 a night.
