Hotel was a bit outdated, toilet kept clogging. Black pellets, “cockroach bits”, kept showing up on bed when we returned back to the room after a days out. Location of hotel was good and easy to walk to places. Staff were friendly.

Very well located to everything Dallas. You go to either side of the hotel and you find things to explore. Staff was friendly and welcoming. We felt safe at the hotel and we slept comfortably.

When we arrived at our room it was 2 am and we realized the tv was not working we made several attempts to contact the front desk and never received an answer and we unable to receive any assistance with the issue. It’s took almost 30 mins for us to get our car from Valet even when given the ten min notice the windows for outside viewing in our room were filthy and some of the blinds were not operating so we could not block out the morning sun. The room was nice but the heating and air did not function properly also the hotel was nice in general but there were a lot of inconveniences

VERY LOUD. Even after they moved me to a high floor on a different side of the building. Bad part of town. Homeless people peeing in the streets in front. Windows are thin and let in all the street sounds. Windows are also suuuuper dirty and really unpleasant to look through. Lobby looked nice and staff was very friendly. Beds were very hard in both rooms. Room condition was good, but despite all the good things the hotel staff did, the neighborhood and outside noise was too much and I’ll never stay at this hotel again.
