This is a nice property with a good sized room and a shower tub. The train is easy walking 3 blocks away. There are many restaurants and bars within easy walking distance as well.

We were updated to a suite at no extra charge. Room was as big as an apartment. Beautiful views out 2 directions of downtown Dallas. A bit noisy at times. Highly recommend valet parking as there is none nearby.

Room was very cold. Thermostat in room did not control the temperature at all. Faucet on shower did not work properly till someone came and fixed it. One of the TV’s didn’t work. Bedroom door on suite would not close because of furniture. Any fixes to the room were poorly done. Yes, it is an old building that was converted to a hotel, but in downtown Dallas I would expect better. A lot of homeless people in the area. I would not of felt safe walking down there at night.

Beautiful hotel!! Staff was very communicative. Room was quiet! Room was smaller, but that was fine for us!! Bed was incredibly comfortable with comfortable pillows as well. Hotel was with in walking distance from everything. Coffee shop inside hotel was great!!
