Overall, my stay was okay. The room was clean, but the bed was uncomfortable. The breakfast was not good at all, I have actually had a better breakfast at cheaper hotels. Apparently, they don't clean the room everyday and did not lets us know that. There was no microwave and it took hours for the refrigerator to get cold.

This hotel’s scanners were down and they could not provide keys to guests who booked through 3rd party sites. Staff had to open our door for us each time we got to the room. They also didn’t clean our room our entire stay even though we specifically requested cleaning. When we ran out of towels, we were asked to come down and get some. We will more than likely not stay here again.

The property wanted to charge us $250 for not disclosing we have a dog even though we did! After a discussion, it agreed to charge us $75 for one night for our dog. This seems too expensive.
