Overall, the experience was good. Fresh and hot breakfast, nice staffs and clean room. However, the elevators had cigarette and odor smell and wish they had enough toothbrushes for guests.

Location was great and the breakfast. The room wasn’t clean. We asked for new sheets as the ones where dirty and they where never changed. We woke up with red marks on the face. Room was not cleaned the next day. No room service. The hotel smelled awful as well. Very disappointed.

Staff was great upon checkin. Went down to bar to wait to meet people I was in town to visit and took 45 min to have a burger (I was the ONLY person there), took over 25 min to find a bottle opener to open a beer. Pillows were flat, carpet had pulps everywhere & bed was incredibly springy. I travel frequently and this is up there among some of the worst stays I've had in recent years. Will not be staying here again.

Cleaning lady left towels on couch and did not make the beds or clean the room. They "upgraded" our room from a king to a double when we are a couple. Instead of sleeping on a king bed together, we were forced to sleep on a double and staff keep insisting the room was a upgrade and we could alternative between two double each night. Dumbest comment ever. Would never recommend this property.
