It would have been a great little hotel if you could get some sleep! The rooms are around the courtyard so you hear everything that's going on. The walls are paper-thin too so you hear your neighbours. Trying to have a nap in the afternoon and staff were outside the room talking loudly. Wanting to relax in the evening but the live band is blasting. We had a very early flight the day we left. I couldn't get to sleep because of the band, then you could hear the music from the nightclubs, then guests going to their rooms late woke us, then our neighbour woke us in the early hours. I'm going home for a rest! Otherwise the hotel is good. Great location, friendly staff, shower was awesome.

We loved staying here, the open air courtyard was fantastic, it was easy for us to walk to the historical area and to catch a cab if we needed one. The staff were awesome, very friendly, super helpful! We loved the ambience of the hotel! There are times when it is a little noisy, but easily fixed with ear plugs. We wanted an experience that was Cusco, not the everyday "brand name" that we could have in the US. We would come back and stay here again. Thank you Union hotel Cusco for some a fun and memorable stay!

We didn't enjoy the food, the sausages were cheap and eggs cooked poorly you'd think it's not that hard to make them. Rooms were clean. Staff on the reception messed up the amounts to be paid and asked to come again and pay the rest. There is a cute alpaca in the yard but there is also the smell
