Do not stay here!! This was by far my worst hotel experience. I booked a room with either one double bed or two twin beds, but the room only had a single bed. I complained immediately, but was told the hotel was fully booked, so I couldnt change rooms (which was a lie, because I reserved a room online, to check availability). Everytime I would speak to staff, they would have a different answer. I was finally told to call customer service, but the waiting time was so long that I never got throught to someone. The room felt as if it had been abandoned, there were no decorations, the heating didnt work and it was very cold. The bathroom would flood every single time I showered. I will never be staying here again and will tell my friends and family to avoid this place.

Horrible experience!
They are horrible!!!!! I arrived for check in and they didn’t have any room available , I had a paid reservation and they booked me at a cheap hotel in a very sketchy area. I felt unsafe and very disrespected because I was with my family and they put everyone in risk!!!! Don’t trust your book because they oversold and you gonna have a room in a cheap and different hotel!

Primeiramente foi decepcionante,pior no quarto não havia toalhas,a geladeira estava estragada no qual alagou o quarto todo,não havia água para beber,foi acionado várias vezes por atendimento no quarto para fazer a limpeza da água e toalhas,nas do foram fazer algo quando já estava na hora de irmos embora quando estava acabando nossa estadia, como era pra ser algo bom para nós casal acabou sendo decepcionante...mais alguns funcionários do atendimento eram excelentes.
