Pior hotel que já fui na minha vida! Escolhi pelo preço, arrependimento total! Os recepcionistas do sábado de manhã são muito ignorantes. A moça simplesmente me disse que minha filha por ter só 3 anos e não ser pagante não tinha direito à cama extra ou berço! Eu fiz a reserva incluindo a criança!!! O outro recepcionista mal educado ainda foi comentar com ela sobre minha profissão que ele deve ter visto na minha ficha e disse que todos os jornalistas são metidos!!! Mas eu estava no corredor e ouvi o comentário!!! Que padrão de atendimento para um hotel. Depois que eu entrei vi o quarto! Que terrível! Velho, todo manchado, cama torta, desnivelada. Tv com controle remoto quebrado! Café da manhã bem simples (até aí tudo bem pelo valor).

Do not stay here!! This was by far my worst hotel experience. I booked a room with either one double bed or two twin beds, but the room only had a single bed. I complained immediately, but was told the hotel was fully booked, so I couldnt change rooms (which was a lie, because I reserved a room online, to check availability). Everytime I would speak to staff, they would have a different answer. I was finally told to call customer service, but the waiting time was so long that I never got throught to someone. The room felt as if it had been abandoned, there were no decorations, the heating didnt work and it was very cold. The bathroom would flood every single time I showered. I will never be staying here again and will tell my friends and family to avoid this place.

Horrible experience!
They are horrible!!!!! I arrived for check in and they didn’t have any room available , I had a paid reservation and they booked me at a cheap hotel in a very sketchy area. I felt unsafe and very disrespected because I was with my family and they put everyone in risk!!!! Don’t trust your book because they oversold and you gonna have a room in a cheap and different hotel!

A estadia infelizmente deixou a desejar, pois nao se tem uma toalha no quarto, todos tem que ficar indo a recepção para solicitar sendo que é algo logico. O edredom do meu quarto estava sujo, cabelo na fronha do meu travesseiro de outro acomodante. Não tinha um frigobar no quarto, então as coisas que levei não obtive sucesso em deixar gelado, o chão do quarto estava molhado e permaneceu ate o dia seguinte, deu um incomodo se sentir a vontade no ambiente, cafe da manhã muito fraco e ate a descarga do banheiro estava entupida do ultimo que esteve ali naquele hotel. Ou seja deixou a desejar e muito.

A primeira impressão é oq fica. Eles me colocaram em um quarto com mofo na parede ,ar não pegava, a luz do quarto corredor querimado. Pedi para me trocar d quarto ,o recepção com muita falta d paciência não queria achou ruim. E queria me tranferir para outra unidade. Se eu reservar nesse hotel era pq queria conhecer esse hotel não outro eu já conheço. Pedi um travesseiro extra,ele falou q irá ver e não deu. No outro dia um outro recepcionista foi simpática e me deu travesseiro a mais. Sobre o ar falaram Q iria arrumar no domingo,e não arrumaram me enganaram. No outro dia sai do quarto quando voltei perguntei se tinham arrumado o ar ,me derem retorno Q sim. Mais chegando no quarto não tinham arrumado não. Café da manhã bom. Atendimento e um deles foi horrível

Hotel funcional literalmente, café da manhã bom, mas podem melhorar a qualidade dos bolos e da salsicha. O quarto é espaçoso, cama boa colchão bom também, serviço de manutenção bem ruim, muito demorado.
