June Vacation

Great place to stay the waves at the beach were rough making fishing almost impossible during our stay so glad we had the pool for the littles to play in and the bay for the men to enjoy their fishing check in/check out was easy and the owners quickly responded when needed.

Really nice little spot, pool pics a little misleading.

Pics show pool is right outside the back door but that’s not the case. Only 1 of the 5 or 6 units has the pool right out the back. Will definitely stay here again. 👍🏻

The email that supposedly gave me info right before my visit gave me the address, but no contact phone only this link to my “host”. When we arrived, a woman was cleaning a unit and made a call to get our room and entry code. All good so far. Then the dishwasher wouldn’t start or stop making noise. I tried the only contact link I had…no response…ever!

Great Location

Rented the property for 4th of July weekend. Great location, clean house, had all the advertised amenities. Owner was quick to respond to all questions/comments. Only "complaint" would be the parking situation. Obviously not under the owner's control and it WAS a holiday weekend, but we rarely were able to park in front of the property. We were promised two spots in front of the townhome and a contingency spot in front of the garage; rarely did that work out. In the end we made it work and it's still a spot we'd look for (and recommend) next time we're in Corpus Christi.

Very nice property

We love the area this is in. Right by the beach. The manager Martin was great to immediately answer any questions we had. There is plenty of parking and a nice boat dock for our boat. The house was very nice. They even left us a welcome basket. I would recommend this property.

Family vacation stay...

Overall, family was happy with townhouse and location. Loved the boat dock and we were able to park our boat and catch our bait in peace. Only massive issue was that the pool was drained of water the day we arrived, but before I could contact someone to complain other guests beat me to it. A pool man showed up and started filling it, so we could not use it for two days though. There were other minor issues but nothing that we could handle. Just update your pictures and let people know that random people can pop in the back area at anytime. We were surprised when two females were stopped in our back area talking and scared me so much. We made sure we left nothing of ours in the back area. My husband was not happy with that surprise. Thank you for letting us stay and would reserve again.

Looking Forward To Going Back!

This was one of the best family trips ever. The place was spacious for my group of seven adults. Had a couple of small issues to addressed but not a deal killer. It's within walking distance of the beach and having a pool was nice. Looking forward to coming back and I definitely recommend this place for lodging. Chirs. C. Dallas Tx.

Nice time - would stay again

Stay was comfortable and there was plenty of room for 7 . Bathrooms had plenty towels, etc ... the townhome kitchen was well stocked ... there was a new grill on patio .. deck space by pool was really nice for us to watch sunset and have family laughs..we drove to beach because we had little ones but it’s a very short drive - easy to access. took off 1 star because there was no cable/tv .. owner in process of setup for new cable company. Had to use Netflix. Although not having it made us enjoy our family time more - wasn’t a huge deal for our family.. we would stay here again on future visits to Corpus Christi.

Clean, convenient, would definitely return

We brought our boat and spent the long weekend fishing, swimming in the pool, and playing on the beach. It was great to have the dock for the boat. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pool and deck were also clean and well maintained. We loved the short drive to the beach and even walked to the beach a couple of times. We would certainly stay here again.
