good location
the kitchen wasnt clean large roach killed in master bedroom some pieces of shelf / cabinetry facings were in the pantry and under the sink ( fallen off) glad the FEE's charged werent for CLEANING it wouldnt allow a review without a rating for the communication with the property manager. there were no communications i can kill a bug by myself

Worked for what we needed
This was a quaint little place. I reported some housecleaning issues when we arrived - Corporate Mgmt (?) was communicative and apologetic but the local Property Manager did not respond as I was informed. They did comp a portion of our stay which was appreciated. Location was safe, unit was easily accessible. Main bedroom does run warm (that room lacks good AC) and could use a new bed. We were in town for a funeral so didn't get to utilize the pool or explore the island.

Good spot
Great location as the beach is right across the street. This area also allows vehicles on the beach,, so you can drive right out, bring coolers, have a beach front camp fire etc.. Which is awesome! It's a no frills, great location getaway. Bring coffee as there are no amenities. The rate reflects that. The dryer is broken so don't bank on that.

Comfortable stay
Great location. Walking distance to beach. Liked the enclosed parking lot. Wish there was a kiddy pool, but having a regular pool is a plus. Other than the dead cockroach we found in the hallway, the rest of the stay we didn’t have any cleanliness issues. They provided soap, shampoo, even detergent. Lots of towels provided, which I loved! I liked the little shoe box at the entrance. The master bedroom didn’t have a tv, I was a little bummed about that. I also really would have liked a smart TV so the kids can log on to Disney plus. But they had direct tv so they at least got the Disney channel. I would bring extra bedding next time. But overall I would stay again. Recommend 100%.

Great Location, needs better lighting at Night
Overall good experience and the location was perfectly close to the beach access just across the street. Made it very easy to go to the beach and then come back in to eat and rest. However, the lights throughout the property at night we’re not on. It made it very creepy to come in at night. Had to use my flashlight on my phone to see where I was going. Plenty of towels available but bedding linens only had very lightweight coverings and no additional bedding if needed. The top of the dining table was very sandy and still dirty. We ended up putting a towel over the table and that worked well. The th remote dis not work and the batteries were corroded inside the remote. I’d still rent this location again but will bring more blankets and pillows, flashlights and batteries.

The home was amazing, very clean. Everything that you can think of was provided. My kids enjoyed the pool. Everyone we ran into was so friendly. Beach is walking distance, restaurants and convenience stores are near by as well. Definitely will book again:
